Coronavirus response information
In an ongoing effort to protect and maintain the health of our
residents and Team Members, we have made operational plans to open
normal business functions in a limited capacity.
Until further notice, all in-person tours will be done on an
appointment basis only, walk-ins will not be accepted. This
gives our team time to clean and disinfect the model apartment home
between each tour. We also ask during your tour to maintain
appropriate social distancing (6') and wear a mask to protect
yourself and our team. We will be offering and strongly suggest
virtual tours. Please reach out if you'd like to schedule either an
in-person or virtual tour.
During this period, the leasing office will offer a reduced
staffing plan to help serve our residents. However, resident
interaction will require a prior appointment to help keep the
number of people in the office down and give our team time to
clean areas between appointments.
Our maintenance team will continue to be available for emergency
work orders and common area cleanings. However, to maintain our
residents' and team members' safety we will not be entering units
for non-emergency work orders. If you'd like to submit a work
order, please do so via your resident portal or a phone call to the
office.
All amenity areas will remain closed until further notice. As local
ordinances allow, we'll begin to re-open amenities such as pools
and gyms but on a limited basis. We'll ask residents using these
amenities (when ordinances allow them to open) to maintain social
distancing, wear masks when possible, and understand capacity will
be limited.
These decisions are based on direction from the World Health
Organization and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) that the
single best method to slow the pace of infection is for people to
have less direct or close contact with other people, along with the
enhanced cleaning protocols, which we have already implemented.
We ask that you help us be stewards of our community and limit the
spread of germs and disease by using alternative methods to
communicate with us for the interim, in lieu of an in-person visit.
This includes contacting us by phone, email, or through the
resident portal during regular office hours. The resident portal,
if you aren’t yet familiar, offers a variety of features, including
online rent payment. If you’ve not previously engaged with our
portal or signed up for online payments, you’ll receive an
automated email soon with instructions for doing so.
We know our residents depend on us to provide the comforts of home,
particularly during uncertain times and will continue to operate
with that at the forefront of our minds. Our focus during this
challenging time is to ensure you feel supported, and that you
understand these shifts are out of an abundance of caution for your
own health and safety, as well as that of our Team Members.
